Declan Flynn - Personal Trainer and Podcast Host
Declan’s road to fitness started in 2012 when he saw himself in a photograph and having his eyes opened to the fact he had to make a change and create new lifestyle habits. The following month he joined a local boot camp and started his fitness journey. He lost 1 stone in 6 weeks and began jogging - by the October he was doing his first marathon.

From 2012 to today, he’s gone through successes and pitfalls of training and nutrition, but through it all he has learnt and improved his understanding of both aspects. Six years of being a client of an online coach himself has brought him through the processes of creating habits and making them last. He is now a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer through Fitcert / ITEC. Declan also hosts his own podcast - FlynnFit Podcast - that covers topics of training, nutrition, mindset, goal setting and everything in between. https://declanflynn.fitness/
