Sporting Pride are offering LGBTQ+ community members the chance to learn how to SUP.
The Course will commence every Sunday in Dunmore East from June 12th for four weeks.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a water sport born from surfing with modern roots in Hawaii. Stand up paddleboarders stand on boards that are floating on the water, and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water.

Equipment Handling and Care
SUP Paddling Skills (Basic to Intermediate)

Course Outcome
Understanding of ocean and SUP safety requirments
Understanding of ocean environmental conditions and their impact on SUP
Ability to complete a risk assessment prior to entering the water
Ability to paddle to a competent and confident level
